Where your data lives
Lists are processed and stored, encrypted, in our APAC region. We keep only the data we need to run your campaign, and no more. Campaigns are fulfilled across 13 countries, including the United States.
How we treat recipients
Before anything ships, we check each recipient against a current professional profile, the step behind our 95% US deliverability. We verify from that profile rather than contacting anyone in advance, and we don't ask for or warehouse personal data you didn't intend to share.
Appropriateness checks
Before a campaign goes out, we screen each send for cultural fit and known sensitivities, so gifts are chosen with care rather than sent blind.

Redemption and response come back ready to push into your CRM. The data layer can also help clean and enrich the records you already hold.
